  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship both domestically (within Switzerland) and internationally.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier schedules, or external factors outside our control.

  • Any import duties, VAT, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of original and made-to-order artworks, all sales are final.

  • If an item arrives damaged or there has been an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
