Returns & Refunds Policy
Each piece is created with love, care, and attention to detail. Because so many of our artworks are made-to-order or belong to limited collections, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

All purchases are treated as final sale, including:
Original artworks
Limited edition and open edition prints
Made-to-order pieces
Framed works
Gift cards and digital products
We encourage you to make your selections thoughtfully. If you’d like more details about a piece—such as scale, colours, or materials—please reach out before placing your order. We’re happy to help.
Damaged Items
We take great care to package and ship your artwork securely. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can address the issue promptly.
To process a damage claim, please provide:
Clear photographs of the damaged artwork

Your order number and a short description of the issue
Send this information to info@maykaud.com with the subject line:
DAMAGED ITEM – ORDER # [YourOrderNumber]
We’ll work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund—depending on the situation and at our discretion.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or if a packing error has occurred, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange to send the correct piece or provide another suitable resolution.
Colour & Variation Notice
Please be aware that slight variations in colour may occur between the images shown online and the physical artwork. We photograph each piece carefully, usually in natural light, to capture its true tone and texture. Differences due to screen calibration or lighting are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund.
Custom & Commissioned Works
Custom and commissioned artworks are non-refundable unless damaged during transit.
We work closely with collectors throughout the process to ensure clarity and alignment. By commissioning a piece, you acknowledge and accept the artist’s style, process, and creative interpretation.
